<------------------ SOLD ------------------> Campagnolo Record 1052/1 front derailleur - circa 1968 to 1972 (USED)
Campagnolo Record - 28.6 mm clamp-on mount - "CAMPAGNOLO" logo on facing of the hinged clamp - aluminum alloy body, hinged clamp, upper and lower pivot arms - chrome plated steel cage with stylized "Campagnolo" logo on its outer facing - post 1967 without cable stop - pre 1973 with original smaller pivot post housings - pre 1973 without circlip on upper pivot - pre 1978 non C.P.S.C. compliant "flat" style outer cage plate - model 1052/1 ... [USED - excellent low mileage original condition with nominal chain wear to the cage plates and precious little in the way of unsightly markings - the springs and pivots are still nice and tight - there is no chamfering or disfiguration to the adjustment screw heads or mounting bolt - no evidence of rust to the steel bits - there is but one teeny tiny mark on the chromed outer cage plate located toward the lower left corner (...clearly depicted in the first photograph by design) - I only wish that the associated pictures did justice to this component - more than beautiful to use "as is", or spend a bit of time with a polishing cloth and turn this front derailleur into a genuine jewel - pristine used editions of these 1968 to 1972 Record changers are getting rather difficult to source, and rarer still NOS examples have been consistently commanding anywhere from $150 USD to $225 USD on the likes of eBay over the past few years]
