Campagnolo Nuovo Record (modified) - forged aluminum alloy body - custom "drilled" aluminum alloy pulley cage plates - 13 to 26 tooth (...28 if all of the stars in the universe are properly aligned in your favor) freewheel capacity / 26 tooth maximum total capacity - post 1968 with integrated spring cover and pivot stop grub screw housing - post 1969 with ten tooth bushing style pulley wheels (...which were removed - see notes below) - post 1970 with date code on upper body - pre 1976/1977 non C.P.S.C. compliant without plastic safety shields on the adjustment screws - date code marked "PATENT-74" for 1974 - model 1020/A : O.M.A.S. rear derailleur pivot bolts - aluminum alloy - model 164 upper / 165 lower : Bullseye pulley wheels - Clear anodized aluminum alloy (Silver) - ten tooth design - NMB 6260 sealed cartridge bearings - width adjustable spacers ... [While Crescent Pepita model 320 bicycles typically came equipped with Campagnolo Nuovo Record rear derailleurs, this example has been somewhat altered from stock form. In keeping with the "holey" vintage racing theme without getting too radical, I have seen fit to perform a little "drillium" work on both the inner and outer pulley cage plates. Additionally, I have fitted a set of genuine Bullseye alloy replacement pulley wheels (introduced to market in late 1973, these were a very common aftermarket upgrade from that era, albeit not seen here in the typical Red coloration) as well as a pair of lightweight aluminum O.M.A.S. upper and lower pivot bolts.]
