Simplex - curved handle quick release mechanisms - chrome plated steel end caps - post 1974 and pre 1980 matte chrome plated "ribbed" lever arms marked "SIMPLEX" and "MADE IN FRANCE– post 1974 Black DuPont Delrin "winged" knurled adjuster with stylized "SIMPLEX" logo - model SX 3607 ... [USED - other than a hint of chrome deterioration to be found at the elbow of their respective curved handles (...which is something that can be rather easily addressed to the point of near imperceptibility with a light brushing of DeRusto Silver paint) and a couple of usage marks along its center rod (...nothing that impairs function, and in any event, they will never be seen once the QRs are inserted through a hub axle), these particular quick release mechanisms are in excellent condition - there is no loss of chrome (...excepting that which was previously mentioned), no unsightly scrapes or gouges, no oxidization, and the cam actions are perfectly smooth in allowing ample purchase]
