[USED - this ATAX / Philippe Aero model stem in fair to good state with all hardware present and in proper working order - there are ample signs of honest use, most of which could likely be polished out given the time and inclination to do so - all piece parts have been carefully disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and then reassembled WITHOUT benefit of lubrication (...which means that one would be well advised to apply a dab of molybdenum or white grease to the internal clamp parts and cone wedge as well as lightly coat the lower threads of the aluminum stem bolt with anti-seize compound prior to actual use)]
