Jean-Pierre Danguillaume (1973)

Jean-Pierre Danguillaume’s 1973 season included his winning the prestigious Critérium National two day stage race. Danguillaume would prove to be the first in a succession of three consecutive Peugeot-BP-Michelin team members to prevail in this event, being followed by Bernard Thevenet in 1974 and Jacques Esclassan in 1975.
