Campagnolo Record (modified) - post 1968 144 mm BCD - 42/50 Clear anodized and custom "drilled" aluminum alloy chain rings / inner reinforcement webs / post 1973 50 tooth ring with chain "roll off" pin - 170 mm Clear anodized forged aluminum alloy arms / 1974 date code marked "170 STRADA <4>" / 9/16" x 20 TPI pedal threads / 22 mm x 1 mm cap threads - pre 1978 chain rings marked "PATENT CAMPAGNOLO" - model 1049 : Campagnolo dust caps (omitted) - chrome plated steel - 5 mm Allen key release - pre 1978 marked "PATENT CAMPAGNOLO" - model 756 : O.M.A.S. chain ring bolts - aluminum alloy - 5 mm Allen key release - model 166 : Teledyne Linair crank bolts - M8 x 1.00 x 20 mm bolts with 15 mm head - titanium alloy : O.M.A.S. crank bolt washers - Black anodized aluminum alloy : stainless steel protective pedal washers ... [Again, an assemblage of component piece parts predicated upon those which would have been correct and original for a Crescent Pepita model 320 of this vintage, but now featuring several competition inspired deviations from said norm. While the make, model, and date coding located on the backside of the individual crank arms would be absolutely proper, I have taken the liberty of performing some period appropriate custom "drillium" work on the two chain rings, the larger of which is sized at only 50 teeth whereas these bikes would have typically come with either a 52 or 54 tooth Campagnolo outer ring. I have also purposefully chosen to entirely omit the original "PATENT CAMPAGNOLO" marked crank arm dust caps in addition to incorporating O.M.A.S. alloy chain ring bolts as well as a combination of Teledyne Linair titanium crank bolts and O.M.A.S. aluminum alloy washers as replacements for what would have been standard steel Campagnolo fittings. And finally, I readily admit to fitting aftermarket and non-standard stainless steel pedal washers in order to help protect the anodized surface of those carefully refinished alloy crank arms.]
