[This bike was apparently sold new having a set of Campy Record large flange hubs laced to Fiamme "Red" label tubular rims, however, that wheelset was subsequently replaced a few years later after the front rim was damaged beyond repair. At that point in time, the original owner elected to purchase a new pre-built replacement wheelset consisting of Shimano 600EX hubs which were paired with Rigida 1320 rims rather than repair the older sew-up setup. Fortunately, he did retain the used Campy Record hubset, and those parts were included along with this bicycle as part of its sale. In building up a new set of wheels, I decided to reuse those Campagnolo large flange hubs that had been originally fitted, although this time around I decided to match them with a nice pair of used Rigida 1320 clincher rims that I had stashed away rather than going about hunting down a set of Fiamme tubulars.]
