<------------------ SOLD ------------------> Weinmann 185-100 brake levers (NOS / BLEM)
Weinmann 185-100 - brake levers - traditional non-aero cable routing - uses "full style" gum hoods (missing) - factory "drilled" Clear anodized aluminum alloy levers - chrome plated steel mounting clips - model 185-100 ... [NOS / BLEM - new and unused, but slightly shop soiled and absent their original Weinmann gum hoods - overall good state excepting light abrasions along the anodized facings of the lever blades themselves in addition to a slight discoloration to one side of one of the lever bodies (...something which will be completely obscured once new hoods have been fitted) - and speaking of brake hoods, that is exactly why I purchased these levers in the first place, so that I could steal their otherwise perfect genuine Weinmann logo hoods - these particular brake levers do NOT use the oddball and typically pricy W-103 hoods, but rather, the exceptionally uncommon 185.7-1 hoods which just so happen to be Campy Record clones, which means that any number of compatible types will easily fit these brake levers including the BHEA001 generic versions readily available through Euro-Asia Imports in either Black or Tan coloration - and while these 185-100 brake levers were normally paired for use with either Weinmann 605 or 405 calipers dating from the mid 1970’s through mid 1980’s, they are also very similar to the model 185 brake levers associated with both the Carrera 600 and 400 models of Weinmann brake calipers]
