Atom 77 Compact - 13/24 (13-14-16-18-21-24) narrow 6 speed - 22 mm splined removal interface - 1.370" x 24 TPI English thread - 3x3 stepped body - three notch slip fit cogs / dual threaded locking cogs - model 77 Compact ... [I am afraid that I do not know for certain just what would have been original equipment with respect to this component, although I suspect a Regina Extra since that was the case for the Mondia Special produced in this same model year. Inasmuch as the original owner did not have a specific recollection either, I have chosen to use an Atom 77 Compact freewheel because I believe it to be in keeping with the spirit of this bike, it is of suitable vintage having been introduced in the same year that this bicycle was produced, and given the choice on something that I intend to ride, I prefer having that extra cogwheel available.]
